lyrics
Let's go ahead and cease this ongoing murmured prayer
This body is maturing to be nothing more than a floating vessel of fester and malfunction
My head is swimming, bordering on inhaling boundless waters
An unfocused and obscured room spinning in an uncontrollable perspective
Perspective.
Perspective.
My dependencies of colorless capsules grows deeper and deeper
This dependency is a fathomless chasm. Blacker and blacker, bleaker an bleaker.
Let's go ahead and cease this ongoing murmured prayer
This dependency is a fathomless chasm.

An eclectic but incredibly well-integrated blend of traditional death metal, melodeath, black metal, progressive, and even a bit of folk (with the added bonus of audible and tasty bass guitar). The album has a consistent, pulverizing momentum punctuated by the rare acoustic passage or catchy chorus/refrain. Overall an unbelievably mature first offering from an up-and-coming band to watch. First WTF was google music actually throwing something good into my feed.
Second WTF was everything every goddamn member of this band does. This and the previous album have been on repeat for weeks. All other music tastes like diet water. Help. Gruso

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
