lyrics
After years of waiting, I'm still struggling to put the pieces of this puzzle together
I simply don't have the mental bandwidth for consuming these senseless fantasies
Consuming these potions has led to these figures silently growing within my drifting skull
Disfiguring all of the fallen pieces, disfiguring all of the fallen pieces
I simply don't have the mental bandwidth for consuming these senseless fantasies
Fingerprinting chaos and disarray in my cognitive process
Fingerprinting chaos and disarray in my cognitive process
An eclectic but incredibly well-integrated blend of traditional death metal, melodeath, black metal, progressive, and even a bit of folk (with the added bonus of audible and tasty bass guitar). The album has a consistent, pulverizing momentum punctuated by the rare acoustic passage or catchy chorus/refrain. Overall an unbelievably mature first offering from an up-and-coming band to watch. First WTF was google music actually throwing something good into my feed.
Second WTF was everything every goddamn member of this band does. This and the previous album have been on repeat for weeks. All other music tastes like diet water. Help. Gruso
never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
